• Discover how your emotional and mental states alter and affect your energy levels, and how to shift this for yourself internally

• How to listen and respond to what your energy field and whole body is asking of you or desiring to be communicated to you.

• Understand how to manage and become responsible for your own energy field.

Emotional Sensitivity

• This teaching will support you daily. To ground you and feel safe, calm and at peace within your own energy so as not to be affected by the energy of others around you.

• Understand that your emotional sensitivity is a gift and superpower that can be strengthened and utilized to your benefit when you are taking care of your own personal energy field.

• Learn and practice the Emotional Sensitivity Shield of Protection Technique to help you feel protected spiritually in your daily interactions and engagement with the physical world.

Mental Chaos

• Learn how to clear out mental chaos and ground further into your body temple, so that you can feel more at ease in your mind and peaceful in your body.

• You'll receive the Technique to Clear Out Mental Chaos that you can use on a daily basis whenever you need to clear your head and reconnect to the Earth.

• Understand more deeply how your mind operates and can keep you experiencing unhealed aspects of yourself repeatedly so that you can learn to shift into a more grounded experience of your wholeness.

Entanglements

• Clearly learn what an entanglement is, how it works and why it's important for your well being.

• Understand the role that time and space play in entanglements between all living beings and their life cycles

• Explore how entanglements affect your emotional body and whether the entanglements you're experiencing are positive or negative

• Trace the entanglements that you carry within your family lineage and how to release them.

Stalking

• Learn how to dispel your ego, and the self-sabotage that keeps you from achieving or being what it is you desire in life with the Stalking technique.

• Understand the duality of light and dark that is within everyone and how this operates within you so that you can begin to love yourself more fully

• Feel the difference between when you are living your life in an unconscious state versus being fully aware of all parts of you; the light, shadow and your dream space.

Tracking

• Use the tracking technique to become aware of energetic disturbance, discordance, within the body and around the body and its point of origin so that it may be released and healed

Bilocating

• Being able to bilocate will ease and create an inner sense of relaxation, of inner flow of being able to connect and to the physical and emotional etheric field in your own being and be able to drop into your body. and be more present.

• When you bilocate, you begin to remove yourself from the limitation of the idea and the belief behind time.
