You think about all the possible negative outcomes, and emotional upheaval takes over, leading you to hide underneath the covers and give up responsibility of making the choice.

Here are a few simple journal exercises to understand the power of choice and how it works for you.
1) List of all the choices you've made that added value to your life. How did you come to that decision? What did you feel? What was your experience? Go into detail.
2) List the choices you've made based in fear. How did you come to that decision? What were you afraid of? What was your experience? Go into detail.
3) Create a timeline. Feel into and journal about what your life will look like if you make "this" choice in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, 10 years.
