The Vibrational Ripple Effect

We know the concept of Oneness, but when it comes to fully embracing it, understanding and living it, well let's just say it gets lost in our every day lives.

Let's address this first.

What IS Oneness? The dictionary describes it as "a state of being joined as one thing, and no longer separate".

Allow that to simmer within your being for a moment.

No longer separate. Bringing it all into wholeness, harmony and flow with one another.

It states we are ALL connected.

This means that one thing, one choice, one thought, feeling, spoken word or energy affects each and every other thing. Causing a ripple effect that stretches beyond what you may be aware of.

Are you with me?

Imagine your day, waking fully rested, ready to take on the activities and tasks already lined up. You start the coffee, kiss your spouse, whisper good morning and then you wake the kids so they can begin their routine preparing for school. (The simple interaction with the few people in your day has already affected them and how they think, feel and behave. It has already begun setting their day in motion.)

You're feeling good, vibrant, ready to tackle the to-do-list.

Only when you say goodbye to your children, you realize there is an unexpected meeting you must attend that you didn't know about before. This alters your plans and you find yourself angry. You begin yelling at your children to hurry up, frustration hits throughout your body, traffic jams and delays happen and before you know it you're late for work. You spill your coffee on your favorite blouse, only to realize the extra shirt you always carry with you is in the laundry at home. You become even more frazzled and frustrated finding that everything feels like it's falling apart.

Because you yelled at the children as you dropped them off, they walk into school mad, upset and begin complaining and taking their frustration out on their friends. They aren't fully present to listen to the teacher, don't complete the homework in the way it was designed and fail a quiz. By the time they get home, their mad at themselves, have had a fight with their best friend and slam the door refusing to do the chores for the evening.

You get home, mad at your own day, angry with co-workers and then find out chores have not been completed. Your child's best friend's parent phones because the children are fighting and havoc is being created in another home.

Do you see how your one interaction, one hiccup in your system affected the whole?

What would have altered in your day and in your children's had you handled the news of the unexpected meeting differently?

Let's take it a little deeper.

Did you know that if you make something you affect everyone who touches it? From the factory, to the wholesaler, to the retail store, to the consumer. The energy you put in while you are making this object carries out to every single person it touches.

Every email you send affects the person on the receiving end.

Every dollar you spend benefits and contributes to someone else's life and their families - their ability to pay bills and have food in the fridge.

How we show up in our own day, each and every moment affects everything around us.

We are not separate.

We are not separate from each other, from our choices, from our interactions, from our vibrations.

How do you view oneness now?
